PrintAgent can be installed, configured, and ready to use in minutes on a Windows® PC with Internet access and Microsoft™ Word®. You can configure PrintAgent to retrieve and optionally print transcriptions from Allscription at frequent intervals or at a predefined time. You also have the option to retrieve and print transcriptions on demand, when and where you need them. Multiple copies of the same transcription can be transferred and printed at one or multiple locations.
Retrieved transcriptions can be organized into one or many folders based on your existing file management practices.
